This hotel has a lot to offer for a very reasonable price. the value for money is incredible, just like the reviewer mentioned. You get a three-course meal with wine included for only 9 euros, and coffee and croissants for breakfast at just 2 euros each. The prices cannot be beaten.
All was well with this hotel.

A brilliant base for our holiday, would return there. Only 5 minutes drive to parroquia de san nicolas. Placed within 55 minutes' car ride to Bilbao. The rooms met required needs.
Nothing.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Close to motorway for easy forward journey but far enough away not to have the noise. The staff were friendly and we found the hotel value for money. And my dog was welcome!!
Our only problem was the GPS didn't seem to find the hotel for us from the long/lat ref. Whether it was my TomTom that had the problem or the grid reference was incorrect, I still don't know and we were anxious that we wouldn't find the hotel, but were very glad when we did.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained; I would come back to this place multiple times for a one-night stay.

Food still quite good, good location on N1
Bit grubby, tart-up (it had been shut for some years) done on the cheap. People quite friendly though.

Just stayed at a great hotel in Pancorbo called Ruta El Nuevo Molino. It was a perfect stop off for us and our pet. the hotel is pet-friendly with a nice outdoor area where we could exercise our dog. the bar area was friendly, and the truckers there were all good blokes who gave our dog a lot of attention. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel, which was very quiet and allowed us to have a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel, just off the motorway on a parallel road, made it convenient to get back on the main road further down. the gardens at the back of the hotel were lovely and provided a great space to exercise our dog with padel tennis and handball courts on site. the drive south in the morning was the best I've ever had, just watch your speed!
Everything was spot on! 👌.

Room very clean and tidy and most comfortable with good clean en-suite bathroom. Ideal for overnight stop as in our case.
The hotel is situated alongside a very busy road but we were not disturbed by the traffic. We found the hotel a good stop over point on our travel to the south of spain

Nothing to like!! If you have any Sence please do not stay here as it was a complete and utter nightmare. The swimming pool outside was empty and covered in rust, the kids park had an ants nest in the sand and the steps to the climbing area had nails hanging out of the wood. Also half the slide was missing which mead my little girl to tears and to my annoyance the staff shrugged this off. Which leads me on to the staff who are an utter disgrace they were rude, aggressive and in friendly!! Please do not stay here

The staff was not very friendly or accommodating. The receptionist was unfriendly and not very welcoming.

the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from, with a delicious taste. the staff was extremely helpful and always available to assist with any requests we had.
The water pressure in the bathroom was not very strong, which made it difficult to shower at times. the pool and other amenities on-site could use some refurbishing in order to make them more modern and user-friendly.

A good location to stop off on route from ferry port.
Rather noisy at night.
